We are looking for a senior HR manager to lead and direct all human resources processes. To support the company's growth by building a tailor-made healthy HR infrastructure, while maintaining our unique culture and atmosphere.

As a part of the management team, the position required an understanding of the business strategy in order to lead the human resources domain from the macro to the individual level.

Responsibilities:

• Establishment and leading the company HR infrastructure: implementation of management processes and organization development such as feedback, performance evaluation, employee retention, surveys, etc.
• Fostering a company's culture during its hyper-accelerated growth stage.
• Manage all recruiting processes.
• Construct and manage the welfare and HR budgets.
• Link between company’s business strategy to employees' needs and desires.
• Build a strong branding strategy for new recruits.
